The Imperial Japanese Navy Heavy cruiser Furutaka and Kako, that belongs to the Furutaka-class were added. The links were also fixed. These type of cruisers were the first heavy cruisers in the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN), also referred to as “A class” cruisers by the IJN and were designed to outperform the US Omaha and Hawkins-class cruisers.
